Distance work has become one of my favorite ways of working with Reiki. Distance sessions allow you to receive a short transmission of Reiki, in the privacy of your own home, at your convenience. I have worked successfully with clients internationally, as Reiki can travel anywhere. Give it a try, if you are thinking about Reiki. It is quite amazing.

Distance healing: A distance healing can be set up however works best for you. If you are looking to receive the healing for yourself, we will synchronize a time, to work remotely, within your energy field. If you want to send healing energy to someone else, you would provide me with information for that transmission.

Distance Reiki for wellness: A distance session for wellness is a balance session, in which the client is not necessarily looking for healing, but perhaps hoping to move forward from a habit or a situation that is keeping you feeling “stuck” and draining your energy. A distance session can help bring clarity to a situation that is troubling you and can help move you to the desired outcome you are hoping to achieve.

It is recommended that distance sessions be done as a series, as Reiki builds over time and it’s recommended to complete an hour, for a specific intention.

I have been teaching Reiki workshops, which have proven to be successful for people who are looking to incorporate Reiki into their lives, on any level. • Reiki Reset: Life often surprises us with stress, trauma, or situations we were not expecting to navigate. We need to reset our energy and ourselves. These mentoring sessions are designed to build resilience and help you discover the tools you need to get back in your game and activate your inner confidence.

Workshops and mentoring sessions can be customized for whatever purpose or goal that your individual needs or group needs desire, as Reiki is a helpful tool, in many situations. They can be taught in person, or online.
